\n\t\t\t\tWhat is SICTED?\t\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>[vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]ALMONTE is a tourist destination<\/strong> committed to QUALITY <\/strong>and for this reason, it is part of an extensive network of destinations adhered to the Integral System of Tourist Quality in Destinations<\/strong> (SICTED). Es un proyecto de mejora de la calidad de los destinos tur\u00edsticos promovido por la Secretar\u00eda de Estado de Turismo, con el apoyo de la Federaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Municipios y Provincias (FEMP), que trabaja con empresas\/servicios tur\u00edsticos de diversos sectores con el objetivo \u00faltimo de mejorar la experiencia y satisfacci\u00f3n del turista<\/strong>.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text]SICTED is a methodology that provides a quality management system<\/strong>in a tourist destination that pursues a homogeneous level of quality in the services offered to tourists and has a focus on continuous improvement and enhancement of the destination’s resources. It is based on the integral consciousness of destiny![\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text]It offers, FREE <\/strong>of charge, a training plan, technical assistance visits by approved advisors, collective workshops, working groups that develop improvement proposals for the destination to the participating tourism companies\/services.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text]The entire process culminates in obtaining the Tourism Quality Commitment badge, which is recognition of the effort and commitment to quality and continuous improvement, while distinguishing the establishment from the competition.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text]If you want your company to be part of this Quality System, contact the Department of Tourism<\/strong> by phone 682 055 745 or by email at turismo.almonte@aytoalmonte.es.
