The office has a single access, which has a 5 cm step and is on a single floor, with two interconnected spaces (the customer service office and a conference room), and there is an adapted space next to the office. Customer service is provided at a counter without a lowered height. The interior space of the resource and the layout of the furniture allow a safe and comfortable transit. It has an adapted public toilet next to the conference room.

In addition, a totem with a 55″ touch screen and audio system allows tourists to interact in English and Spanish through videos, reproductions, texts… and learn about a fantastic scenario produced in this environment more than 100,000 years ago, a site with animal fossil footprints and Neanderthal hominid footprints.
